| Shape the free edge of the nail with the Nailfood Crystal Stone. | ![]() |
| Apply and massage the Nailfood Oil on the cuticles. | ![]() |
| Allow the hands to soak in warm water for about 3 minutes. | ![]() |
| Gently push back the cuticles with the wet narrow end of the Nail Food Crystal Stone. | ![]() |
| With the Nail Brush, remove the residue of dead skin. Wipe off your hands on a SOFT towel. | ![]() |
| Apply one drop of Nailfood Oil under the free edge under each nail and massage gently. Use the Nailfood 3-sided Buffer. Wipe off Excess of Nailfood Oil. | ![]() |
| 1. The dark gray side Gently buff the nail surface. ATTENTION: Use the dark grey side only 3 times a year because this will thin out the nail plate.. |

| 2. The white side This side is preparation for final polish and high gloss shine. This side can be used daily on nonlacquered nails. |

| 3. The light gray side This side will bring a high gloss surface. Can also be used daily shine and protect the nail on non lacquered nails. It will make the lacquer adhere better to the nail surface. This also prevents the material on artificial nails to chip so fast. |
